Camariñas is a small town on Spain’s Costa da Morte, renowned for its encaixe (bobbin lace), a centuries-old tradition that has shaped its identity for generations.

Handcrafted by the town’s palilleiras (lace makers), Camariñas lace is created by weaving threads with dozens of small wooden bobbins that cross and twist in a precise choreography, gradually revealing intricate patterns, thread by thread.

This film explores the essence of this timeless craft through an abstract visual language, created for Pull&Bear to celebrate their limited-edition collection inspired by the heritage of Camariñas lace. From Julieta Lasarte’s unique perspective.
